Step 1 — Step 1: Laying out borders around the pinwheel blocks

Step 2 — Finishing the quilt top main pattern

Step 3 — Adding the border to fill out the quilt to a desired size

Step 4 — Making sure all of the seams sit flat and uniform

Step 5 — Assembling the quilt sandwich (top, batting, and backing)

Step 6 — Heavily pinning the quilt sandwich together

Step 7 — Starting the quilting from an initial guideline

Step 8 — Checking the back after some quilting
